The city administration had given a reason for the inclusion of development program for Cancer Hospital on a land owned by Sumber Waras Hospital in the Plan of 2016 Activity and Regional Government Budget (RKAPD).

According to Heru Budi Hartono, Head of Jakarta Financial and Asset Management Board (BPKAD), Cancer Hospital development was included in 2016 RKAPD because it is an ongoing program which is set in the mid-term regional development plan (RPJMD).

"In accordance with RPJMD, the cancer hospital should be sustained. Land purchase was done in 2015 and its development in 2016," he reported, at City Hall, Friday (8/28).

He predicted that such program will be hampered in terms of the land provision. Considering, the Sumber Waras Hospital's land is still disputed in Supreme Audit Agency (BPK).

But it would not be disputed if the development budget was corrected Legislative Council DPRD). "If they want delete it, just go ahead," he exclaimed.
